MeetPanda, operated by Veeboo, provides meeting recording, transcription, calendar integrations, and AI analytics. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate registration information and maintain its accuracy.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws.
• Obtain necessary consents before recording or transcribing meetings.
• Not misuse the Service (e.g., reverse engineer, interfere with operation, introduce malware, use to harass or infringe rights).

By connecting your calendar or other integrations, you authorize us to access and process the relevant data solely to provide Service features. Use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke integration access at any time.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, designs, and content, belong to Veeboo or its licensors. You retain rights in your own content (meeting data, recordings, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Certain features may require payment. Fees, billing, and refund terms will be specified at purchase. We may change pricing with prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay fees. You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veeboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veeboo, its affiliates, and employees against claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
